Xerox support site You can start by either entering in your product's name or fault code in their provided search bar. OR you can start by selecting your Product Type and go from there.

Lexmark's support site will start off by asking you to enter your Device Model. When you start entering it in, it will start listing products that match what you're entering. Once you find your exact product, then select it and click the "Find Drivers & Downloads" button to the right. This will populate information below the search bar to explore, download and use.

OKI's Support Site will start with displaying different types of Printers as images, that they have and support. Choose the type of printer that you're needing help with and go from that point onward.
