PC Support Info

Each Name Brand PC listed below provides some brief information about their Support Site with direct links to them.  If you don't see your Name Brand PC listed below, feel free to let us know so we can help you research your PC information.

Acer

(PC Support)

Acer's Support Site will ask for your Serial Number ID, or Part Number. You will need to locate it, enter it when prompted and see what Acer's Support has to offer for your product.

ASUS

(PC Support)

ASUS's Support Site will start off by having you go through a step-by-step selection process to help find your exact product. Once your exact product is found and selected, you will then be provided what is available for your product. 

DELL

(PC Support)

Dell's Support Site will ask for your Product IdentifierYou will need to locate it, enter it when prompted and see what Dell Support has to offer for your product.​

HP

(PC Support)

HP's Support Site will ask for your Serial or Product Number. You will need to locate it, enter it when prompted and see what HP's Support has to offer for your product.

Microsoft's Support Site will start off by having you go through a step-by-step selection process to help find your exact product. Once your exact product is found and selected, you will then be provided what is available for your product. 

Microsoft Surface

Apple's support site will ask for your Serial Number ID, or Part Number. You will need to locate it, enter it when prompted and see what Apple's Support has to offer for your product.

Apple / Mac

Samsung's Support Site will ask for your Model Number. You will need to locate it, enter it when prompted and see what Samsung's Support has to offer for your product.

Samsung

Chromebook's Support Site You can "describe your issue" in Chrome's search bar provided, or you can pick from a list of Help Topics to search through.

Extra Note: Chromebooks are a specific kind of laptop that run Chrome OS instead of Windows or macOS.

So, for hardware or driver issues, you will need to visit the laptop manufacture's site.
