Netgear's Support Site will ask for your product's Product Name or Model Number. You will need to locate it, enter it when prompted and see what Netgear Support has to offer for your product.

ARRIS

ARRIS Support Site starts with a picture list of of their product types. Find the product type you're looking for and click "Go to Models" on the image when it appears. The next page will display a list of Product Models. Choose your model and click "Details" when it appears. The next page should display the information you're looking for.
