Looking for the Support Site for your Network Device?

ARRIS Support Site starts with a picture list of of their product types. Find the product type you're looking for and click "Go to Models" on the image when it appears. The next page will display a list of Product Models. Choose your model and click "Details" when it appears. The next page should display the information you're looking for.
SonicWall Support Site has a search bar to search the Support Portal with, along with a list of images below it to "Browse By Product".
With a SonicWall account, you can also submit a Technical Service Request, Submit a Customer Service Request, or contact them directly on their Contact-Support Page.
CISCO Support Site has a search bar to search the Support Portal with "Products By Category" options and other links to find what you're looking for.
Plus, with a CISCO SSO account, you can "Open New Case" with their Support Team.
